The port area does not take long to stroll along. The whole stretch is full of bars, cafes and restuarants ( some are really fabulous) it is a great place to find an outside drink or coffee and watch the comings and goings of the port, everything from the smallest fishing boat to ferries and excursion boats.

We all wished we had more time to explore this little town. It is full of paved tiny streets and steps going up to the impressive church of Saint Euphemia. There are two harbours, one on each side of the peninsula, and a splendid town square which seemed to be the social hub of the town. The day we were... More

Stroll along the port harbour in the early evening, sit and have a drink, just lovely. Cannot fault it. Don' need to be in Cannes!

Rovinj is a beautiful town & it's harbour is very easy on the eye too. Lots of restaurants & bars lining the side as you walk along. Great views of Katarina island. If you go by the Marina, take your camera & capture Rovinj. Oh, by the way, the Marina is currently being developed & will be completed by summer... More

The Port of Rovinj is a nice small Harbor filled with boats of all shapes and sizes...some working vessels, some tourist sites swing vessels and some pirate boats and yachts. It is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops and hotels/apartments. It has much of interest during the day and evening. A must see if in Rovinj.

Huge harbor with a few entrances, vivid and interested crowd, people of all nationalities, smile people and lots of bikes and dogs. This is one of those port at which one has always something to do, observe and intermingle with the others. The long line of restaurants, cafes, wine bars, souvenirs shops, markets, museum and galleries and sitting benches along... More

Typical of the little village ports u would find along the coast. The old town is next to the port. Many restaurants and coffee shops/bars. Restaurants on the waterfront r a little expensive. Little harbour is full of small boats. Good for a walk around the harbour. Parking areas on the perimeter of the harbour and old town. Pay for... More

Rovinj is almost perfectly situated on the Istrian peninsula. With two large bays, one on either side, and a large, pretty and well-kept park to the south there is something to please everyone. The town centre has dozens of excellent quality restaurants and cafes, an excellent promenade and an impressive church at the top of the hill. There is plentiful... More

Like so many cities, towns and villages in Croatia, access by boat is easy. The harbor stretches in a semi-circle for probably a kilometer and is a lovely walk. There is no auto traffic and the entire stretch is lined with, bars, restaurants, gelado shops and the odd tourist shop. Each establishment has seating along the waterfront, offering gorgeous views... More
