Have you tried booking through their website? All of the question may have are usually answered there. I booked only using the website and everything went EXTREMELY well.

A multiple entry visa is required. If you have booked a one time visa you can purchase another one on the way back from Congo at the border crossing. I forgot exactly how much it cost.

Oh, and yes, it seems price is the only difference. They still provide you with an armed escort on a bike should you go with Jean Busco's company.
