Can say the tea gardens in Kerala can be considered one of the most beautiful places in the world. Should visit atleast once. The view is just amazing. And photos come so well in the gardens.

Must Go !! They are superb but you can not access the gardens easily. Mostly gardens are private and you cant go. So they are just for photos.

The "gardens" are in fact plantations and some are privately owned so be careful when accessing property - I have seen signs such as "Trespassers will be Prosecuted". However you will see plenty of lovely vistas from the... More

Hi I went to Munnar by bus from Alleppey. Not sure about how to get there from Varkala, may be you can get direct bus or transfer from Kochi. You can check with Kerela state bus service. All the best

If ur just going to munnar in may then it shd be ok but if u want to see surrounding places like kochi or allepey at the same time then, summer is not at all an ideal time as it will be very sultry.. in December only we felt... More
