The temple is situated near to the Chettiyar Park and has beautiful architecture. The temple belongs to God Karthik who is Son of Lord Shiva. The temple has few local small shops outside of it. It is a beautiful place where you can find peace.

We had good darshan, the crowd was orderly, from outside of the temple the view was very good with mountains & trees. Only thing was parking, it is very hard to go near the temple by car since the road is narrow.

On way to Mannavanur lake, our driver halted vehicle here for few min and suggested to take break here. We walked up the hill temple and offered our prayers. It was nice breezy atop the small hill and felt peaceful.

Famous religious landmark in Kodaikanal. You can see the Palani temple from here. A small temple but peaceful.
