This historical site was quite astounding to visit. Spread out over quite a large area to cover and most of the small buddhas had been beheaded or destroyed in some way but it was impressive to see the remains and you could imagine the beauty...More

Despite being a ruin, it is still a spectacular temple with 3 stupas. Visitors are able to walk around the complex and see the stupas from different angels.

The site was overgrown with weeds until the beginning of the 20th century. It is still a ruin, partially renovated, many of its treasures are now kept in museums. Worth a visit.

Beautiful site...I only wish I could have seen inside. Great photo opportunities. Hot out with no shade. Bring an umbrella and plenty of water.

The place has a wonderful atmosphere and is a very well preserved site. The three Chedis are very elegant and the whole place gives a good impression of what it may have looked like before the city was destroyed. Don’t miss it!

A huge ruined temple complex. Absolutely magnificent and mind blowing. Does cost to enter, but not all that much. Take your time to appreciate the beauty of the place.

This was our first stop on our tour of Ayutthaya and probably one of the best. Incredible to look at and to wander around.

Extensive ruins after being destroyed by the Burmese. In all their majesty they must have been a beautiful site, their architecture was heavily influenced by the Sri Lankans. Much more interesting if you have a guide as there are very few information boards. Take water...More
