Good for first timers but nothing special

Like many I wanted to have a brief elephant ride. We hadn't preplanned where and did on the spry of the moment after the floating market. I agree with some previous guests that... read more

This was included in our floating market tour, I'd recommend the places where u don't ride the elephants (Chiangmai is good if your going that way) felt sad for them tbh.

Like many I wanted to have a brief elephant ride. We hadn't preplanned where and did on the spry of the moment after the floating market. I agree with some previous guests that the staff aren't friendly and welcoming. The ride was short and not very interesting. But we got the experience and got the T shirt so to speak... More

The place is very close to the floating market so that's nice to stop there for a visit if you were there. What we did - the elephant ride (which lasts about 20 mins - including 2 minutes spent with the elephant in water). The ride itself is not very comfortable (but you're on an elephant!). If you have a... More

About 20 minutes you get to ride on an elephant which includes a dip in a pond. Very busy but all in all enjoyable. 600 bhart. The driver will ask for a tip so be warned

My advice that there is alots other attraction to see or to try, not that trip you will remember, 10minutes elphanat ride with no excitement or sightseeing or even surprise! I don't think I will do it again, even my kids didn't feel anything compare to other elphanat ride we tried in phuket and Indonesia.

Nice but pity the overworked elephants. Do not fall for the costly photo frame trap, just get the mahout to take photos and save a few hundred bahts.

The elephant ride was average at best. The ride lasted 30min and took us through a jungle trail on a concrete path and plunged into a small river/canal for a little thrill. Don't worry you won't get wet tho! Recommended for first timers to Thailand or if you've never ridden an elephant before but seasoned visitors may want to skip... More

I was sitting on the back of a large animal which is an elephant. There was a man sat in front of me, and he was responsible for directing the elephant. The elephant followed the previous one and walked along the path. I feel shake because its size is very greatly large, also feel exciting because this is the first... More

It was a really fun experience to try. The elephant was very tame and it depends on if you get a very jolly cooperative driver then you will get lots of fun and nice fun pictures. My sister got a fun one that allowed them a little playful shots with the elephant, it looks very safe but the driver I... More
