This is a good beach with some structure like toilet, market to buy some food, tables to have a lunch. But you just go at this side of the island if you are at a speed boat, what ins´t my cause.

This beach is beautiful and the water is crystal clear, very much like a postcard. I did notice it was more built up and busier than when I visited 3 years ago.

Great and beautiful beach, Just try to avoid Busy hours. You need a boat to reach it. We went using a speed boat.

We rented a long tail boat from our resort and arrived around 3 in the afternoon. All the tours had already left and we had the place to ourself. The snorkeling was fantastic and we saw lots of coral and fish.

Not worth my time. Crowded beach, occasional rough seas, boats tightly packed on a tiny island. Go else where.

I LOVE Bamboo Island. It is my most favourite island of the whole area that we have visited. Strangely enough, to go from Phi Phi for the day will cost you an arm and a leg having to rent a private taxi there but if...More

This is a beautiful, big piece of paradise. No accommodation here, just a beautiful spot to visit, amazing water and a big Island.

Beautiful island and excellent snorkelling here. We just loved it. Warning - the toilets or cesspits as they'd be better described here should be avoided, seriously flooded floors full of urine and faeces.

Stopped here on one of our tours and this was among my favorite stops. The snorkeling here was incredible! Loads of different fish of all sizes and colors, all wandering around coral. This beach wasn't too crowded. Highly recommended.

Bamboo island tends to be part of a package. There are no amenities there, hence the reason why it’s usually part of a tour. Snorkelling is good but there is a lot of broken coral- expect to pay up to £100 per person with... More
