Visited on part of a half day tour and snorkelling boat trip. Took some nice pics but the whole beach was just crowded with tourists.

Too many people to enjoy this lovely beach, there are many beautiful and quiet beaches to see in Thailand. We enjoyed the diving here but sadly phi phi is overloaded with tourists which will take its toll.

Probably one of the most beautiful places on earth... visitors should come early morning, otherwise it will be very crowded.

Maya bay is a must visit for everyone. It’s classed as a national park now so you have to pay to get on the beach (400 baht). I think it’s just another money making scam personally. Be sure to get there as early as possible...More

Such a beautiful place! Yes there are lots of tourists but what can you expect for such a well renowned place. Boat journey was fun on the long tail boats and the sea is crystal blue! Well worth the trip!

I went there with my friends and family for several times and it's one of my favorite beach. It's amazing place to visit. You may find a lot of tourist in high season but it didn't bother me. A must visit place
