We went to maya bay as part of a tour. The weather was very bad so we had to swim and climb the rope ladder to the beach (which wasn't ideal or easy). I have added a photo of the rope ladder to make it...More

This place is amazing but a big warning - if the weather is bad do no go. We had the long tail. Pat ride from hell in the rain. We were told it would be fine but it was horrific and maya bay was closed....More

Probably every tour includes maya bay which is a good thing, as it is a really beautiful place. Of course, enjoying the great scenery might be difficult when The Beach is packed with loads of people, but you have to see it. We even saw...More

The beach itself is stunning (if you remove the hundreds of boats and millions of tourists). We spent an hour here and it was far too long. It's a dirty beach, because of the tourists so it's not nice to swim in. I would recommend...More

Go there on Captain Bob's booze cruise and you're guaranteed to have an experience you'll never forget! Also, by going to Maya Bay on the booze cruise, you'll have the beach to yourself (other than the others on the cruise). Absolutely amazing!!
