I have met owner Mam on trekking and found out that she was running a boxing gym in Pai, so i took the occasion of having a go at it as i do fit boxe back home. 2 hrs of great fun and sweat, best bit was sparring with a 13 yrs old boy that schooled me hahaha. I liked... More

I had a super lazy vacation so for the last couple days I decided to learn some Muay Thai at Mam's gym and it was an unreal experience. Great atmosphere with Mam and Em as the instructors and a small group of students who are mostly staying for weeks or months at a time. Don't let that scare you though!... More

I've been traveling for 6 months and I trained in different countries on this trip (Australia, Bali, Philippines and Thailand). This was the gym I spent the most time (9 days) and it was awesome! It is not like many others gym in Thailand where you will only do pad without learning any new techniques and its mainly just a... More

Amazing opportunity and experience learning off world class instructors. Even though we were both (girlfriend and I) beginners, we had a great time learning muay thai off Em and Mam, who took us through all the steps. Certainly was challenging but that is what you want from a muay thai camp. We stayed in the room next to the gym... More

I had been talking about attending a Muay Thai class to my friends and after a bit of persuading they decided to come as well. We hired scooters and went out for the morning session, the couple that ran the place we're friendly from the start. There wasn't many people, 4 in our group and one other newbie so it... More

Wonderful people , overnight accommodation in bungalows and full immersion in this wonderful art . I practiced both muay thai classic that muay boran and was followed impeccably by trainers for each question were prepared to clarify... More

I trained here for four months, and I loved every grueling, painful minute of it. Where most gyms teach cardio kickboxing and call it Muay Thai, Sitjemam is a place you go if you actually want to learn how to fight. Every aspect of my game was deconstructed and made better. The sparring sessions where very good, and they tailored... More

I found that everything was a lie. The website states that the gym is in Pai, its 5.5kms outside of Pai. They claim to have newly renovated rooms, the room I stayed in was a pigsty with an old mat on the floor, filthy carpets and cockroaches. They claim to accept beginners to advanced, they have no patience or tolerance... More

Dear Candace, despite i have never expected to have a 100% satisfaction rate among my students, i find your review is remarkably misleading, without mentioning the malicious tone of it. I will answer you point by point: -You entered my camp asking for the cheapest option possible for ACCOMMODATION that I offered you to choose from; you have choosen the... More

Best service and what a work out! My first time trying Muay Thai and Em and Mam were friendly and thought you the basics. Although it was my first time they were talked you through the whole time and were super encouraging. It's a 2 session day, 2 hours in the AM and 2 hours in the PM. I wish... More
