The sitting Buddha (Phra Achana) is overwhelming. Just beautiful. If in Sukhothai, visit it. It's close to Wat Phra Phai Luang. There are some shops at the entrance selling memorabilia, drinks, postcards... There's also toilets.

Other than Wat Mahathat this is the other of my 2 "must see" things in Sukhothai. Very impressive even for someone like me who usually isn´t too much into these attractions (temples, ruins etc). Highly recommended!

Way So Chum is huge and only when you are up close will you realize just how enormous it really is. Amazing to see and experience it first hand

It was busy with building traffic when i went to see it but it was still worth it. You need a bicycle or car to get there but you wont regret it.
