Masjid Salmah Khamis was completed around a year ago in a scenic part of Kampung Durian Daun. The village sits along the way between Masjid Tanah town and Alor Gajah, and by extension to the North South Highway. The mosque is partially built on a lake with green hills in the background. A recreational park is located on the other side of the lake. A religious school is located across the street and students from this school would flock the mosque at prayer times. Still new and the toilets are clean. Hopefully the mosque will be maintained far into the future.
