Lots of info on the petroleum industry. The original well is well maintained. A great area to view the whole area.

A nice place to overlook Miri city from the top of the hill. Also a good place for sunset viewing! Plenty of parking spaces. Also seems like a good place for hiking too.

It is 1200m above the sea level. From the top, I can have a great view of Miri town. It is windy at the top of the hill.

There is a great view of Miri and the sea from the top. The petroleum museum and the first oil rig are also here. Best to come with your own transport.

Nice drive to the top of the hill. Good view of the city from the parking lot. A few walking trails around the area. Worth the trip to see the view.

An informative educational hill. Why is that so? There's a museum that tells the history of oil and where it was found. It's very informative.

Local friends brought us to this place and they used to serve Italian/pasta dishes. But it’s been closed down and left with a drink stall that also sells BBQ food.

If you want to go to Canada Hill, I suggest you go around the evening (5-7pm). The view of the city during sunset to the night is amazing. The view is amazing only in the evening, so do not come during the day before 4pm....More

The Grand Old Lady is a must when you visit Miri. It shows the first oil field in Malaysia which we Sarawakian should be proud of. The view here is stunning and the air is fresh. The muzium is terrible. It is not well maintained....More
