The team works cohesively, it’s wonderful to see the admin and instructors smiles while working together. They inject funs, joys and take pride in their role. 6 of us spend a large amount of time at Laguna dive centre. The convenient location & billing method are a plus point. Though we couldn’t establish any contact before arrival, we managed to make booking for the dives on the day of arrival. We have refresher course for scuba diving, PADI open water diving course, PADI free diving course and numerous open water scuba dives. The equipments are well organised with wet room and rinsing areas. Towels are also available for divers. The instructors are proficient in their knowledge and skills. Special mention to Mr Cheong Chee Hoe who took us for free diving course. We gained a lot of confidence and skills from his encouragement and systematic teaching. He makes effort to ensure our safety and displays maturity in handling learners. We were very lucky to see whale shark during our free dive.

Excellent dive center with experienced and friendly dive masters. Managed to see a whale shark on our 3rd dive with them.

We did snorkeling as part of the shore tour from the cruise ship Genting Dream. The water was very clear, and the experience was superb. So much sea life to see. The depth was between 6 to 10m deep and yet clear all the way to the bottom. The dive centre's equipment was in good condition as well as the boat. It was a comfy ride to the dive spot.

Timothy Ben is a fantastic instructor: knowledgable, patient, communicative and respectful of the art of diving well. The facilities are comprehensive, staff are friendly and location is ... well, it's Malaysia, where diving is plentiful. It was a perfect experience.

The place as well as the equipment is well maintained. However I strongly recommend that to do minor refurbishment with your toilet and changing room. Managed to spot the black tip sharks and hundreds of other marines life. Will definitely come back
