Gorgeous and Bohemic. Definitely one to check out! Close to Palas, so you won't have to walk a lot. The surrounding are need some work, but aside from that, its lovely.

Even if you do not watch performances at theatres, I urge you to visit the location to see a building the BBC ranked second in its list of the world's most beautiful theatres.

This building is just fabulous! If you know Romanian, find a nice show and go for both the show and to see the building. It is for sure worth the 40 Lei you will pay for a couple... Otherwise, either pay for a guided tour (not sure where or how), or go to a show anyway!

A night out that seems to stick to you in the form of a stunning memory. I had the opportunity of seeing a comedy here with some friends a couple of days ago, which stuck with me. I am not a theater fan but this vivid piece of history impressed me quite a bit. It is absolutely amazing inside, with... More

Unbelievably beautiful ! It is a building that can be compared to french palaces but at a smaller scale... maybe this make the theater more attractive? Acoustic is perfect, renewed paintings, furniture and... everything will make you feel like in another time ! The neoclassic exterior and a combination of baroque and rococo styles in the interior, made the National... More
