It's a stop by place if you happen to be there. Too many tourists during weekends and the food and drink is only average.

no tour but need to take number and queue in order to select chocolate to buy and then get packed into box. very nice chocolate and definitely not cheap

There's a big line to buy stuff in this shop . I find that Taiwanese people value little more than a good queue . Seriously though , it's not really worth it .
