Here is a famous scenic area of Taitung county, stop by here sitted down on the beach fulls with pebble stone, and enjoy the wind flow over from the pacific ocean. You can cross over a nine arch bridge to reach to another small island,...More

Signage to the scenic area of Sanxiantai is clearly marked off Highway 11 and leads you to the visitor centre and vast carpark. Before you embark on the dragon-like bridge which links the mainland to the island, enjoy the pebble beach and views of the...More

Go on a weekday morning and check for low tide! The tide-pooling is great, the grounds lovely, and it's totally worth the hike over the 8-humped bridge and around the island. Bring water!!

Beautiful pebble filled beach with a lovely footbridge connecting the mainland to an island. It would have been great if it had been good weather when we visited, but the cloudy, gloomy skies gave it a different feeling. Definitely a must see location if visiting...More

I've seen this bridge in postcards and maybe it was the dreary day, but it seemed a lot more beautiful and exciting in postcards. Beware that the 8 humped bridge means ascending/descending over 500 stairs!!!

Blessed with great weather, we visited Sanxiantai and had a nice stroll. The kids had fun, especially crossing the bridge to 三仙岛 and the pebbles beach! A great place to go to with young children, enjoying great breezy weather!

this was one of the stop on our tour bus. Before this, I've never heard of this place. It was on a very windy, and cold day, but we had our jacket on as a trek through the bridges that spans between the islands. Gorgeous...More
