Well. It is a nice little area with a few nice little cafes and shops and a.Starbucks nearby. But so many closed, shuttered or empty shops. I gave it 3 stars because for Taidong this seems to be as good as it gets.

i can't forget the view of those little hot air balloon lights hang on the trees along the parks. going during the sunset, then can take better photo and be aware of the mosquitoes.

Forget this place unless your in Taitung on weekends.Only thing around here are the lanterns,part of the Taitung Railway Art Museum,nice when lit up at night

There were lanterns lining the stree t at the park. A pleasant walk. Some live performances. Some stall selling hand made items. A Eslite bookstore there.
