This architectural wonder looks like an enormous lotus blossom, reminiscent of the Sydney Opera House. Too bad the interior isn't even worth a look.

Beautiful temple, lovely gardens, peaceful surroundings. Well worth a visit. Very tranquil and sitting inside the temple is a very peaceful and meditative experience. Shoes to be taken off and bagged before entering the temple. Short intro provided by the volunteers before you enter to explain the origin of the Bahai faith and religion. Everyone is welcome.

Another Delhi attaraction offering free admission. Very popular with both tourists and Indain Nationals. Beautiful gargens, however you are required to stay on teh designated walkway. You will be required to take off your shoes before entry, however bags are provided for you to carry them with you. Once inside you are ushered to take a seat and to stay... More

An excellent example of modern architecture. This place is very serene and keep nice and clean and tidy. The gardens are lovely too. Inside ots very quiet and cool. It's for all faiths and you can sit inside and meditate. .....not for long in our case as the seat bases are made of very cold and hard marble. Well worth... More

It's structure is beautiful. U have to walk from metro station to lotus temple. No entry fees was there. But inside it was kind of empty with some chairs and sound echos. Not worth of specially going to there.

Bahai Lotus Temple is well worth a visit and should be high on the list of attractions to visit. Plan for 2-3 hours so that you can go inside the temple and also into their museum of religion. This is one of the places where women need to cover shoulders and everyone must remove shoes before entering the temple.

Still need to see this one, as the park if really nice and the temple is amazing on the outside. It is a free visit and you can spend an hour easy to admire the site. From there, we took the Delhi metro (short walk from the temple to the nearby station) and got out for ISKON temple to end... More

Did not.go inside but managed to take pics from outside. After observing the grounds which was basic with nothing much in regards to landscaping it was clear that this movement was struggling with followers. I can understand why in Ancient countries such as India

The building has its own climatizar. It's always good the temperature inside. The breath taking structure that looks like a lotus. One of the few temples in India where people don' t push or rush you and tell you to offer money. A very peaceful visit. Its a long walk.
