About
This architectural wonder looks like an enormous lotus blossom, reminiscent of the Sydney Opera House. Too bad the interior isn't even worth a look.

The Lotus Temple is beautiful and as an Australian you can't help noticing the similarities to the Sydney Opera House. Long queues and some shepherding by security. They're a bit too stern. Only a certain number of people allowed inside at a time. Inside is...More

The Lotus Temple is one of the most beautiful buildings in Delhi. Beautiful sprawling lawns and astonishing architecture. Since it is a place of worship, one has to maintain complete silence once inside the temple. Hence, kids may feel awkward as they don't allow you...More

Nothing much to do but only sit quite and relax. Of course appreciating the architecture of the monument is definitely one thing and has to be done by all.

The structure technique of this building is very interesting. It gives strong space effect in interior. The place is very clear but if you will arrive with metro you must walk a short distance. There are slums on the way, walk only ahead.
