About
This architectural wonder looks like an enormous lotus blossom, reminiscent of the Sydney Opera House. Too bad the interior isn't even worth a look.

The worst part is the long torturous "Q" that you have to stand in to get to the main temple. Also, they do not allow any kind of noise inside the prayer area but one can always see kids playing around and disturbing the peace...More

The Lotus Temple is just a stunning building and everytime I visit Delhi with a friend or someone who has not been there I recommend this place. I especially like visiting at sunset as the colours look great at that time of day.

It is not really close to any public transportation, which can be hard to travel to. Maybe because it has not rain for a while when I visited, the flower and the grass is not as green/colorful. The temple inside is very peaceful and the...More

Let me clarify something for everyone. As the name itself suggest this place is a house of worship for the Bahai faith. One should come here with an open mind instead of comparing it with other places which are buildings made for a different purpose...More

It looks like a Lotus from the outside, with nine entrances. Very pretty. Although it is busy, you can find quiet spots for meditation and a bit of inner peace amongst the hussle and bussle of travel. Would recommnend.

Absolutely amazing experience. The architecture is breathtaking, but the peace and calm inside is absolutely amazing. Quite unlike any other place of worship. There is also a section with a visual display about the Baha'i Faith. A must visit!

Dear Marktay16 You need to be at the airport 3 hrs prior to your flight time. This takes an hour to drive from the airport depending upon the traffic. you might not want to miss your flight.
