This architectural wonder looks like an enormous lotus blossom, reminiscent of the Sydney Opera House. Too bad the interior isn't even worth a look.

The Lotus Temple reminds me of the Sydney Opera House. The temple built to be inclusive, a place for meditation by any one of any faith. The queue was very long and we decided to skip. It is essentially a empty hall with my chairs.

It is a worship place, the architecture of the lotus shape dome is wonderful but there's nothing inside, kids ans teenagers would not appreciate it.

In south Delhi so a wee bit out of the way , but well worth the visit. We were on a private tour with just a driver and guide. It was beautiful building in white marble. Well worth a visit

Beautiful vast gardens outside the temple which of course in itself is a sight to be seen. Very majestic and unique building well worth a visit, even if just seen from the outside (which is far more impressive than the inside anyway). We visited the...More

Very interesting space, beautiful structure and it’s great to sit inside for some peace and quiet. Only downside is the long queue to get in.

Basically you can see what there is to see by driving by and taking a few pictures. Not worth waiting in line for an hour to see the inside of the minimalist building. There is nothing to see in the inside of the building. A...More

Surrounded by beautiful garden pathway and small water pools, the main attraction is Lotus petals shaped high building which offer peaceful and tranquil moments inside.

The Lotus Temple is beautiful and as an Australian you can't help noticing the similarities to the Sydney Opera House. Long queues and some shepherding by security. They're a bit too stern. Only a certain number of people allowed inside at a time. Inside is...More
