It is a clean and well maintained road. One feels that the wealth generated elsewhere like Maharashtra and Gujarat are being spent in making Delhi look neat and clean. Of course, if the climate is right, it provides a nice walkway. During Republic Day this is the road which displays India's positives to the world.

Long area that stretches from the big gate if india to the government buildings. Nothing to see in between, just people hanging out in the shade.

This legacy of the Raj is well maintained for the seat of government for independent India. The complext of buildings house key ministries of the Government and the home of the President and the Prime Minister are nearby. Parliament house is also in the complex.

This place is one of the cleanest places and roads are excellent. Parliament house view is simply the best and showcase a sense of Power and Responsibility. This is one of the paths where in walking would be memorable.
