Inside the Red Fort this is totally dedicated to the queen. Only fee people were allowed to enter that too with queens consent. There is no extra ticket cost for this.

Mumtaz Mahal; meaning "the elect of the palace" was a Mughal Empress and chief consort of Emperor Shah Jahan. The Taj Mahal in Agra was constructed by her husband as her final resting place.

The Jewel Palace is a huge expanse of beautifully planned grounds. It is lovely to visit during late afternoon, don't miss the sunset in one of its balconies, it adds a surreal quality. Be ready for the big crowds.

It doesn't hold much of information in it. It does talk about Mughal era but not that worth to visit. As it doesn't have much to explore.
