This mandir was neglected until the cleanliness drive launched by PM. Mahatma Gandhi spent around 8 months at this place and his personal belongings are still preserved and on display.

Bapu Mahatma Gandhi spent here 214 days, from 1946 - 1947. Most Famous and attractive Valmiki Mandir of Delhi.
