When in Mumbai you have to visit here,an amazing walk along the promenade with hoards of locals, some walking, some jogging, but the views along it are truly astonishing. Some of the houses and hotels are out of this world, but still you see the poorer side of town.

We drove along it twice, early morning and afternoon. Early morning is very interesting: locals are doing all kinds of sportive activities: running, walking, meditation in front of the sea. Later in the day it is full of students , mostly couples, that preferred the beach over school. It was hazy so there was no too much of ocean view

We walked part of the strip passing the Taj Mahal Hotel and on to India Gate. We liked the classic view. Worth a visit!
