For an entrance fee of 300 INR, you’ll be able to visit the several museums and palaces inside. It is not allowed though to take pictures inside the museums, but its definitely worthwhile going there. You’ll be astounded with the designs and the ancient architecture....More

There is nothing much to see in city palace. Royal family leave in one portion of Palace. Ticket of place is also quit high.

We enjoyed parts of the palace more than others. The Artiillery section, Hall of Public Audience and inner courtyard were worth seeing, we didn't find the other areas as interesting.

The place is quite okay. It's huge in size and would consume much time of yours too. But still okay to visit.

It has a great history...but a bit expensive and as you go ahead there is something more to see but they take more money from you to visit that particular place

For a monument that's a heritage for the city, it's not maintained well. The paintings and walls are deteriorating. Visitors have littered around as well. It may appeal to foreigners who want to explore such structures but there's nothing much to look at for Indians.

You would be better off saving your rupees to visit the amber fort and jantar manta. This place is not particularly interesting and is very busy with tourists. Too expensive!
