Visited this temple during Mylapore Temple festival time, it was amazing experience.. although overcrowded, the entire place seemed straight out of Tamil movies. Beautifully decked up and lightings and prayer chants reverberating in the air.

it is very old and big temple at the center of the city. kapaleeswarar and karpagambigai are at the temple other gods are also there. morning komatha pooja is nice
