A must visit temple when you are travelling in the Mangalore area. We went in the evening it was very pleasant. Had a nice peaceful Darshan and spent time near the river feeding the fishes.

Historical , Clean and well maintained temple. you feel good and happy. Stayed at Srigeri with family and friends also had the honour of seeing Sankracharya. Would love to be there.

A lovely temple for maa Sarada , an oasis of peace in t.nagar , maa is splendid , parking is an issue . Lord venkateswara swami temple maintained by TTD and this temple maintained by Sri Sringeri Math can be visited together

The mutt is 93 kms from Shimoga town. Located on the sides of Tunga river. The temples and the mutt are places of interest. The meditation place of Saint ADI Shankara is located in the hill across the river, but now connected by a bridge....More

During shopping, we discovered this temple in midst of the maddening shoppers.. we took some time out and offered our prayers to God. Temple is well maintained and many devotees have been regularly coming here for ages.

Visit their web site to know more of the place/significance. From a travelers perspective, the accommodation is booked at the building opposite the temple compound on first come first serve basis. Mere Rs 300/- for a days stay, no questions asked about checkout time etc....More
