Metro underground railway was first introduced in Kolkata india.Its providing a very comfort journey which saves time and traffic jams.Its connectivity is fine.

It's a great communication at its best for kolkata traffic, but sometimes during the peak office time, it's really tough to enter the train. Still it's much better than bus.

Kolkata metro railway is very old metro but the authorities has maintained this metro well. Very comfortable seats. Nice stations. Fully aircondition metro.

Available any time less time taken to reach anywhere clean and creative with those photos it cover both to south as I travelled a lot it saves me alot.

This is a good way to travel provided you are near a metro station and your destination is within walking distance of a station. Rush hours are not a good time for strangers or tourists. It can get reasonably tight. The maps/directions are average. Evenings...More

The metro will take you close to many of the tourist places and is an inexpensive way to travel. Some of the trains look reasonably old and some don't have aircon.

Oldest in India...Has a glorious past but now it is post its shelf life date...rakes are old and needs to be changed with new and modern ones as being used in Kochi Metro...Also runs at much more than capacity and has has aged faster due...More

yes... Go to M.G road station then walk about 7-10 mins and u will reach burrabazar.
