a visit to dakshineshwar kali temple makes a trip of kolkata worthwhile.though a little far from central kolkata this temple is always crowded with devotees thronging very day to offer their prayers.

A holy place for Hindus. Men and women go there to offer puja to goddess. There are 12 shiv mandirs opposite the main temple. The architecture is impressive. People should visit this temple atleast once.

Hi, narisati. What would you like to know about this attraction? HI I live in delhi and want to see this temple. I want to see/involve In morning aarti and evening aarti on Saturday. is I have to pay for this if yes how much to pay for this or it is free . as per temple site temple open at 06:00 am and aarti time is 04:30. then how it is possible to see darshan at the time of aarti for general public please give answer as soon as possible thanks

You can visit a day earlier and try talking to temple authorities. Try to avoid the local guides (also called pandas) in this kind of discussion, unless you go to with some recommendation
