Surely one of the best museum of the world. Astonishing experience. I hardly recommend to come to Instituto Ricardo Brennand if you visit Brazil.

You can visit the castle with ancient onblects and vestes, ans can see the prodution of ceramic decor objects made at the place

A eclectic collection of paintings, sculpture, weapons, religious artifacts! Would like to have seen a portrait of Richardo Bernnand. A couple of his paintings and ceramic pieces were displayed. My favorites were the very large black animal sculptures on the lawn.

Better is take a cab , there are not expensive , this place is close to Federal University
