We went on a group cruise shortly after the boat came to Decatur. Friendly crew; on-board music was nice. Catered food was awful -- two half sandwiches of different kinds. Nothing at all a diabetic should be eating! The cruise offered river views of the Decatur industrial district and sewage plant, along with an abundance of wooded shore.

My wife and I took a river trip/dinner cruise on the Pickwick Belle on July 4, 2014. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The meal was pretty good, considering we were not at a restaurant, but we expected a bit better. We cruised up the Tennessee River from Decatur to Point Mallard and the boat stopped for us to... The 1963 Class of Morgan County High School (Hartselle, AL) celebrated its reunion on the Pickwick Belle on the beautiful Tennessee River Friday, August 9, 2013. Lunch was hot and delicious and consisted of chicken with white sauce, green beans, creamed potatoes, roll, and a marvelous peach cobbler for dessert. Hospitality and service were excellent; the crew was friendly and... More

We loved our afternoon aboard the Belle! We hated for it to be over. The crew were fantastic, the boat was great, and we were humored and pampered all the way. Anyone who can put up with Red Hatter shenanigans gets my vote. I would use the Belle again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

My husband and I, as well as our son and his girlfriend (early and mid-20's) enjoyed our evening aboard the Pickwick Belle very much! The staff were very kind and the keyboardist who was the entertainment that evening just made the night for me. The food was good and we had no issues with trying to eat while on board.... More

We had a great time on the “Dinner with the King – Elvis” cruise. Great food (pork tenderloin, squash casserole, green beans, rolls, and banana pudding) in the indoor dining room, and fun entertainment on the open upper deck! The river is beautiful at sunset and at night. This is fun for couples and groups, and my teenage daughter and... More

Attended for a business trip and enjoyed the meal and entertainment. If I had to pay out of pocket, not sure the price would be worth it. The boat is comfortable and the river is beautiful. It's a unique offering in the area but I'd only recommend if you are in the area for an extended stay. There is a... More

$49.99, plus 9% tax, plus 18% (required, prepaid) gratuity = $63.49 Dinner was a mediocre cheese burger, sides were itty, bitty little cups of salad & beans, followed by a small slice of mediocre pie, which several of us had to wait a long time for. At the most, meal was about ~$10. value. Billed as "Parrot Head Night", the... More
