Once, this fort was fresh water supply point for the ships. Still the light house and water tanks are there. Very photogenic place.

Just Average place, Nothing special to see, not even maintain properly... Go only if you have nothing else to do (not even relaxing at your room)... Go to some other place instead of Aguada Fort...

We went in the morning around 10 am, and we got little crowd. There are plenty of steps to walk, that take you to the edge of the cliff and into the lighthouse. We were not allowed to go up to the tower, but the view from the top of the cliff was itself awesome. Very windy though.

Sea views from lighthouse beat those from Fort Aguada. Steps to climb up are well managed and there is small garden surrounding

This is an ancient fort overlooking the sea. The view you get from here is simply awesome. Situated near the light house

The Lighthouse near Fort Aguada has the the best view of the Arabian Sea. The climb is easy but it can get time to reach up as you have to climb through a very steep staircase. Not recommended for old adults as hey would have to climb a lot of steps. Good for romantic sunsets as couples would find it... More

The place is a must visit and gives good history of Goa. The view from Fort walls towards sea is amazing.

One of the most visited tourist destination in north goa. The lighthouse in the fort is closed. It have a open ground in the top of the fort.
