Mee siam and pie tees were great, however kuehs are not as good as expected based on reviews. If you are a fan of bangawan solo, you will be disappointed.

We were there about 8am whereby they were closed but the owner was nice enough to allow us in telling us that not all Kways are ready. We bought some and those we bought we so great that the food did not have a chance to be brought home. Finished everything during our 4 hours journey back.

Our family of 8 took 2 taxis to find the place which is quite out of the way. Fortunately , the taxi driver knew the place. We reached the place at around 11 am and it's already crowded ! They made the kueh kueh at the kitchen so you know it's fresh. There are so many variety and colourful so... More

Had a variety of Kueh for tea. I simply love Kueh. The Kueh were OK. Anything that didn't have gula melaka tasted fine. But the onde onde was a letdown plus the Kueh dadar. I just didn't like the taste of the gula melaka they used. Somehow the gula melaka used in some other shops in jonker tasted better.

Durian apom balik and the kuih dadar is mediocre. Onde onde is the best bet. It's packed like sardine in the kampung house.

We entered Baba Charlie looking for a desert. Little did we know we ended up having our second lunch. It was delicious, clean, and wonderful service. Highly recommended

My first visit was three years ago. This place appears to be more popular than before perhaps thanks to the efforts of various bloggers. While the odeh odeh remains "to die for"... I think the quality of some items don't seem to taste as good as before. The Kueh Koswee in particular.... goodness.... please give it a miss. I don't... More

Arrived late and only managed to try 2 types of kuehs and managed to catch a glimpse of the kueh kus "grabbed" by the previous customers. I waited for 30 mins to eat the freshly made ondeh ondeh (box of 10) and it was definitely worth it. This is the first time in my life that I've eaten Nyonya kuehs... More
