The boat ride was quite thrilling and it really gives you an opportunity to see the beauty of the city and the shops/restaurants on the banks of the river

We took the river cruise on the night time. Along both side of the river, there are light s and drawings on the wall of houses. Nice and beautiful.

Would recommend to do the cruise at night-we went in December, we had to wait quite a while but it was worth it, we get an overview of the history of Melaka. Really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it.

Look for the Museum Samudera ... there's a lane on the right just before it ... take the lane and you can park there. You'll see the River Cruise Ticket booth and jetty from where you park
