45 minute cruise on the melaka river through urban melaka, its a cool way to see town without too much walking in the heat. If 60 years or older take a copy of your passport ftont page as there is a discounted price for seniors.this applies a quite a number of ettractions in malaysia.

Not very expensive ride for a 40 minute boat ride around Melaka. Took the ride at 10am. Which was cool and less crowded.

The river itself is foul...occasionally you will get a whiff of some foul smelling sewage, but just in spots. There is an ongoing commentary over the loudspeaker to give you some history and to point out different spots along the way. Even saw a... More

It is an informative, beautiful view of malacca via the river, and definitely recommended to do the cruise at night when the city lights up! However the lady selling us the tickets insisted it was a public holiday and charged us extra even after we verified it wasn't a public holiday. That was a little frustrating.... excellent view though, but... More

You can walk along both banks but would recommend you take a boat trip up and down. The boat tickets are sold adjacent to the old customs house by the replica ship.
