Visiting on feb 25th. saturday. Expecting full of crowd. But something catch me on eye. Entrance was quiet. While ok for me. no need to fall in long Q. But this is not the issue.
at my 1st enter.. main gate charge me rm3 for a parking. with no parking lot. Force me to park on the road side. luckily not many car. but still waiting 15 minutes to get a space. tiket fee rm56/person. free lunch? even its free.. please cooked with taste. feel like eating from hospital kitchen.
More dissapointed was the main pool is closed. so no wave today. looking around to climb the slide..one of it also closed. the other one is strictly for 4 person. only hv chance with 2 slide. the other hv to use tube. (NEED TO RENT). Quality of water on mini river is un accepted. cant stand to deep my body in it. the step to slide is already rusty. Look like been long time never manage. dangerous while u walk without a shoes. Changing room? no one cleaned up. smelly and wet all over. Floor was slippery. Staff seem very stressful. their are also not happy. pitty them have to work at this kind Facilities. Photo for free? no either. rm25/copy. i ask to get the soft copy. willing to pay extra. But strictly NO NO. even i go to sentosa singapore they give me the soft copy. for FREE. Never the less, please improve your Facilities and get happy crew. Overall, not Worth of paying rm106 for only 1.5hour. Not much to do. Defenatly not comeback. or suggested to others.

1. Poor in customer service please training your staff how to talk nicely with customer & smile this is very importance.

2. Please upgrade your water slide and find a solution how to make your water slide friendly user like a family raff slide nih I paid for all slide but can play just for one or two only?? Like that mehh so you can return my money back?? 😤😠

3. My family was disappointing with your service and they said this is the first time and last time we go here so please up grade your service if you don't want to lose your customer.

Not worth the money

So disappointed with this Water Park Resort. I came here with my family of 20 with 10 adults and 10 Children. Here it is

The entrance fees alone costs us RM1000+.
To hire the Cabana - RM150 plus RM50 for deposit
To hire the ‘Pelampung’ - RM108 plus deposit of RM108

Many rides were closed on the day, run down park that needed much attention. I don’t think the water is clean either. The big slide had a rustic stair up which I don’t think it safe for anyone. If there is a Health and Safety inspection this resort will be closed by now because it only waiting for that on disaster to happen before the authority will take action on the management who run all the Theme Park.

This is not longer one of the best when it was first opened according to my families who visited many times before. So I won’t be recommended this hotel to anyone.

Most of the rides are closed. Even if they are opened, some of the rides not functioning because no people working. The workers smoking while ssupervising. Place is open at 9am but most of is still ot opened. So pathetic. Dont ever go.

Seriously paying full price for a theme park which promise us fun but yet the kid's section is CLOSED..Dissapointed..many staffs but only 1 just 1 is friendly..i was here 10 years back and it was one of my best spot for family but now i can just skip this when i came by to malacca.

Fun ride

We had a great time here. only few hours but my niece enjoy the rides especially the family raft which we rides twice. the children pool is quite child-friendly and open so we can monitor our kids closely. Love the lazy river ride too. It's better if the park can provide more rides that can be enjoy together as a family as we cannot leave our kids alone with high intense ride.

Package is good cause include lunch. But need more tables as the existing will be packed with visitors during lunch time.

Best spot to spend time with your family , friends / couple for a daytrip or a night stay / two ... escape to the hustle and bustle of Kuala Lumpur city within 1 1/2- 2 hours drive to Malacca .. Highly recommended

Acceptable Condition at Local Level

In general, condition for this water park is acceptable at local level. Water park surrounding is considered clean with some decorations, even water quality for one or two attractions can be questionable. It is still worth it to have fun here with your kids if we are not too compare with other popular and famous local water parks in Malaysia. To be honest i'm quit surprise that this isolated water park still survived until today with recent condition. I will give five 4.5 star if they able to open all attractions during my visit.
