easy parking. lots of familiar brands and purchases above certain amount will get rewards that can be redeemed directly there. just the products a bit old and need to select carefully.
the firefly exhibition show at level 1 is so so.. for me not worth it if i'm paying for it (i got free tickets since staying at afamosa resort)

The place is clean and smaller in size than the other premium outlets, thus this allows for casual shopping without straining the feet much.
It also has some fun facilities for children to play with.
I shopped at Sacoor Brothers and got a nice couple of clothes at a very good price.
If you stay at A Famose Resort, complimentary shuttle ride is provided between these two venues as it is just a couple of minutes drive away.
F&B is limited, mostly snacks stall besides two restaurants there.

Good place, lots of parking space, not so congested, fresh and quiet.
Unfortunately, no supermarket here. If there is a good supermarket here, I am confident the business will be good. It will bring many new customers here.
Hope the management incorporate a supermarket here.

Located approx 30km from Ayer Keroh Toll, it is a place to go to if you have the time. Shops wise, the brands are the common brands, if you are looking at the more branded stuffs, then this place is not for you. Price wise, not really that cheap. Bought a pair of shoes for RM239. At one of the malls in Melaka, the same pair selling for RM245. To save RM6, unless you are buying in bulk. Otherwise, not worth the petrol and time. Food wise, not many eateries. It is ok if you are not fussy. Parking is ample. There are visible security guards at various locations of the mall. So safety wise I think is ok. I won’t return to the mall unless there are a change of brands or the sale is really good.

Just visited this place and was surprised by how much shopping we did! Reminds me of an outdoorsy DFO we have back in Australia..
To give you an idea of the savings from the Nike Factory Outlet - I purchased a pair of Nike Air Max LTD3, Jordan singlet and Nike Air 90 Tshirt for a total of 93AUD!
The missus bought heaps of clothes priced from 9 ringgit to 20 ringgit..
Under Amour store is pretty pricey but still slightly cheaper than world price.
Would highly recommend visiting before shopping in any of the regular Melaka Shopping Malls.

very near to the AFamosa resort.good to kill time here at night if not going for night shows at the resort.but the max we spent here is around 1.5 hours. shops isnt as branded as the Johor Premium Outlet. no Padini, Vincci, nor Adidas, Guess etc. for meals, options are Papa Rich, Kfc, and another one which i can recall the name. limited choice for meals.taste of the PapaRich isnt that good.the only shop which we spent more time is NIKE.good deals when they are having additional discount.

It is great that Melaka now has a Duty Free Shopping outlet. But I think the Premium Outlets in Johor, Genting and Mitsui are much better in terms of choices and offers.

This place is quite remote and pretty far from Melaka town. Think I took more than half an hour to drive there from downtown. It’s quite deserted and in fact a disappointment. It is comparatively smaller with lesser varieties than (if you have been to) Johor Premium Outlets. There’s only a handful of more renowned or popular brands like Nike, etc. Food choices are also limited with a few fast food joint like KFC and an air conditioned foodcourt but most of the stalls are either closed or vacant. Sorry to say but unless you need to get something specifically from the shops there, I don’t think it’s worth the trip

Stop by on the way to Melaka from Ipoh. Since it was a weekday the place is quite empty. The prices are not fantastic unless they really have special special sales!
When we were there espirit was having this special special sales.
Women dresses were going for RM10 plus additional 3%! Imagine RM7 for a dress!
My wife was so happy and bought a few of them!
The only bad thing is not much choices for food so end up eating KFC.
Good place if you are passing by and if you are lucky you might really find something cheap!

Written 22 February 2020
The distance between Melaka Sentral & Freeport is 31km.
I doubt there will be free shuttle.
Nevertheless, as advised by RKTH, you may try asking your hotel.

Is there a shuttle bus from Bandaraya to Freeport A Famosa?
Written 7 May 2018
how much does it cost for grab car from melaka sentral bus terminal to freeport?

Hi, I'm going to melaka with my boyfriend this coming Monday. It's my first time to go to melaka. What hotel near to this place?
Written 22 February 2018
It would be advisable to stay at bandaraya area where most of Melaka is. The Jonker walk, the museums, the fort, main Malls etc.
There’s a few options for a comfy stay like Holiday Inn, Casa Del Rio, Equatorial, Hatten etc. Alternatively, you may want to experience boutique hotels sprawling around Jonker st area. For this outlet at A’Formosa, you can take a cab from your hotel. But it would be advisable to arrange with the driver to pick u up again at a appointed timing, not easy to grab a cab from the outlet

Hey there, I'm not very sure about that as I made my way to Freeport in a private car... Maybe you can check out their website or give a call for more info?
