We were actually coming into town to go to the USS Alabama when I caught a glimpse of the billboard for the Exploreum on I-10. Easy to get to, easy, free parking, friendly and helpful staff, clean, and fun. No complaints. We didn't see the IMAX show so can't report on that. They did say that there are no commercial... More

Very nice exhibits when we were there. They had a human body exhibit and an exhibit of guitars and we enjoyed them both. They have crafts for the kids and an adorable play area that the little ones will love. Worth the visit

There were a few fun things to, the body exhibit was cool, but it just wasn't what I was expecting. Not many exhibits, and the funnest playplace was limited to ages 5 and under.

The IMAX theater is awesome, the sound is amazing. You feel like you're right in the middle of the film. If visiting a definite must

There are some very interesting and thought provoking exhibits. My grandson loved the interactive exhibits. I just admit, I loved them, too. The IMax has great movies. Very realistic. We saw once on flight. Couldn't watch - I was getting motion sickness. Totally recommend.

I'm proud to know this is in our local area. It's not just for kids either. Adults will be just as excited to walk and learn in this spectacular building. Always a cool change to escape the hot summer days. Clean, well maintained and friendly staff always!

We recently visited the Exploreum while passing through Mobile. We spent about three hours there but could have definitely spent many more. Our favorite part was the Sherlock exhibit. The admission price is very reasonable, and it also includes a movie. We went on a Saturday afternoon, and it was deserted. We almost had it to ourselves.

I should probably not write this response being we only visited for 15 minutes. We came for a national convention and my daughter wanted to visit the science center. But we enjoyed ourselves for those 15 minutes. We ran upstairs were the sound area is and we thought it was pretty cool to see how everyday household things can make... More

This is one of the best kept secrets in Mobile. Catch one of the great exhibits and entertain the kiddos.
