The Mobile Botanical Gardens were wonderful. There were so many great flowers to see, local and otherwise. Admission was very fair, and the views were more than worth it. It is a beautiful, peaceful spot, especially for the city.

Be sure to visit during later spring or summer if you truly want to see some flowers. My first trip was in fall when everything had died out so I am planning on going back again soon.

We visited Mobile for just a couple dys.So hoped to see the gardens. Went out of our way to get there to find it closed for a private event mid week. Extremely bummed.

I spent about 45 minutes walking around the gardens. I suppose I would have seen many more flowers in the summer months. I love gardens and it was slightly disappointing.

This place is nestled away from the riff-raff traffic. Here, which is closed on Mon. & Tues., contrary to what AAA books cites. There is a fee $5.00. Once inside you can stroll about into what ever section you so choose. This is a large...More
