Don't leave Montgomery without paying your respects to its most famous citizen who left us too soon. Hank and his wife Audrey, along with other family members have a shared plot easily accessible in the cemetery. Pleased to say, I made my visit near the end of the day and paid my respects to a talented artist.

Long been a fan so stopped by Montgomery on a recent trip. Fairly easy to find the location at the annexe and once there the signage was good. Nice and appropriate memorial. Good visit for any fans.

We are not really Hank Williams fans but had recently watched the film "I Saw The Light" and were surprised at how many of his songs we knew. So as we were in Montgomery it seemed a shame not to visit his final resting place. It is a lovely memorial high on a hill.

Yes there is a statue of Hank Williams and it is located across the street from the building in which his funeral was held. That is it ..it is a statue. That is not where he is buried and I think that is what your message was... it is not his memorial the burial spot is his memorial...and is located... More

This cemetery is easy to find, not far from the state capitol. The graves for Hank and Audrey are adjacent to the drive so it is easy to get to. They are nicely done and worth a trip to pay homage to this music icon.

While in town, I visited the Cemetery. The graves of Hank and family were beautifully done and well kept. It's easy to find and always something to run by and check out while in downtown Montgomery.

As cemeteries go - this one needed some attention. I think they must have lost their mower. It was pretty ragged and I would have thought a better effort would be given, considering who (not just Hank Williams) is buried there. Anyway - the Hank & Audrey Williams Memorial is very well done and kept. It is easy to find,... More

Went to see the grave of Hank Williams that's very tastefully maintained. Stumbled across the graves of British and French soldiers from WW2 that were killed at Maxwell during training. Very moving.
