It is a beautiful cemetery with lots of history. The soldier's graves were sad to see but laid out lovely and the Cemetery itself is well maintained.

We saw Hank's grave, the grave of a Continental Army soldier, and several other historic graves. There's actually 3 graveyards that have now connected. Greenwood, St Margarets, and the old City cemetery.

As noted earlier, I spend many afternoons wandering through old cemeteries, transcribing 19th century headstones for the internet and reading the inscriptions of poetry and prose. Not of interest to the ususal tourist, but does contain a large section dedicated to black gravesites.
