Seeing a full functioning Catholic Church in the heart of Shanghai’s People Square area was so interesting. We went on Sunday around 1pm and there was a full service underway.

I was staying at a nearby hotel and every time I walked by the church it appeared closed. The front has the gate closed at all times. Would have been nice to visit the inside of a Catholic Church. Maybe next time.
The mu en church is next to the main shopping area and in front of the peoples park.The main entrance is closed.You have to use the side entrance to get in.Everything is in chinese.Few locals attend this church.A old building among the new.Inside is very...More
