We did our research and found this place easily, planned our own walking tour through the French Quarter then to the Propaganda Centre, the security guard on the gate will direct you around the buildings-walk about 3/4 of the way around the buildings the there...More

This is located in a private apartment, at the back of an apartment complex in a residential neighborhood. I was disappointed in the gift shop part of the "Museum", but the collection is interesting.

This place is so good, and there is a stead stream of tourists coming in, but in saying that it is not crowded. It’s a privately owned collection and there is a gift shop, to buy what you like. It’s a history lesson of China...More
