You will have to pay Y150 per person minimum, but on a clear night, the views from Could 9 bar on the 87th floor are sublime. The bar itself is pretty standard, and nice and quiet. They are not very flexible -- no virgin cocktails...More

This was our second trip up the tower, again at night, and I was a little bit disappointed as it seemed quite tired at the top with not much to entertain you if you’ve finished looking at the view. The highlight was looking down into...More

We went up at night to see the city illuminated - it was amazing! It costs around 120 Yuan, but is well worthwhile as you can see so many illuminated buildings as well as the view of the whole city. Its the third highest building,...More

Was pretty excited about doing a skywalk at night especially as it seems so exciting for a fear of heights facing wimp like me. A mainly chinese speaking young staff member processed my ticket but didn't tell hubby or myself that I'd need to be...More

Having done both- Shanghei tower and here- I would do this first to get a perspective on older tower and the new technology in Shanghei . This has a restaurant. Shanghei tower has a store and snack bar, but much higher.

This building is less than 100 yards from the much more famous Shanghai Tower. It has two big advantages. First, it is far less crowded (or at least it was on the day we were there). It also allows you to walk outside on a...More

Being so tall ( and yet only the third tallest in Shanghai) makes you feel dizzy if the wind blows strong and you are at the bar on the last floor, overlooking Shanghai,.... and looking at the other two taller building near you. The bar...More

Got up pretty quickly in less than a minute on elevator. Coming back long took a lot longer because of very long lines. Views were only ok since was very hazy. Might be better at night. We were there when twilight was just started so...More

Well, I was 60+ when I were on 88th floor of Jin Mao Tower. They might have changed policy. Why not go to the Pearl Tower glass skywalk or to the new Shanghai Tower which I consider being much better than Jin Mao Tower.
