Now-this is a park you can rest, see the greenery and enjoy an afternoon of quiet peace--instead of its better known cousin down the street Yuyuan Garden. Plus it is free!! It doesn't have the famous rocks, nor a stream running through with the "history"...More

We crossed the park on our way to Bund from Yu Garden, frankly it was the most mediocre one i saw among the many i came across in China. Just a place to pass though, that's all.

This park is between the bund and yu garden. A funny park since there are guards to blow their loud shrill whistles if you step on the grass. So you can't picnic or enjoy nature up close. Understandable, since this is china. Lots of old...More

The garden is next to the Yuyan Gardens looking out over Pudong and The Bund. It is a good place to pause and enjoy the view - look out for the "Russian" dancers at the park entrance, towards The Bund. They are elderly Chinese women...More

Usually after Yu Garden I'll grab a drink and snack from the shop near Fuyou Rd then find a seat where the guys playing cards. It's nice.
