The exhibits at the Resource Center were amazing, but there was nobody there. It would have been nice to talk to a ranger and learn more about the habitat and local wildlife, other than just looking at the exhibit.

We love close and have enjoyed the Cypress Gift Shop, Museum, and storytime for my kids for years. We also enjoy hiking through the well-kept trails! Five Rivers has fun family events and great boating opportunities for our inner adventurer! We keep coming back for more; no two visits are ever the same.

Every time I go to an event of this facility I am reminded of how many resources are available here in this complex alone period It is among the best kept secrets and although people know about it it still seems not to be utilize to its fullest capacity or at least not appreciated to its fullest extent

The nature centers are new and clean. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. There are live animals and dioramas plus other exhibits. It was slow the day we were there so we got individualized attention from the naturalist including a hand picked film about the local ecology in the theater, a private showing off the Kestrel flying and eating... Stopped by after an Eco boat tour. It was informative and nicely laid out. The park is beautiful and the guides really love their jobs. The gift shop was nice and they offer senior citizens and military discounts.

Great place to spend time. Watched the 1hour movie and found it informative and depressing. The exhibition Hall had many examples of wild life from the area.

We visited and got info one day and went back to kayak two days later. The facility, boat put in area, is top notch. I ended my visit with a trip in an ambulance. Everybody there was supportive and we even got calls from both of the people we had spoken with at the center. Can't wait to go back... More

Great place to go visit! Great place for just a "little get away for the day"! Lots to do with little to no cost. Great for couples or groups.
