The family owned and operated natural hot springs, which allow only a limited number of guests each day, provide a private, relaxing oasis during your vacation.There are five pools, one with a cascading waterfall, which reach up to 108 degrees Fahrenheit. There is no better way to unwind after a long day than by visiting the hot springs and treating your body to its naturally replenishing effects. When taking a break from the soothing hot springs, you can dine in the authentic, home-style Costa Rican restaurant.

Fun experience for the entire family

Our family had a wonderful time at Ecotermales Fortuna! The location was kid friendly, clean change rooms, lockers for all of your belongings and really easy to drive to with free parking. We tried all of the different pools while relaxing with some drinks. The buffet dinner included was also very nice and was a great way to end our time there.

Best rainy day/night activity!

The thermal pools are amazing. Lots of space. Nice varying temperature including a few cooler pools to refresh. Drinks are reasonably priced. We recommend getting the buffet included and going in the evening. It was very nice at night and in the rain.

Relaxing and Beautiful

We truly enjoyed our day at Ecotermales. The setting is beautiful with different temperature options among the pools. It never felt crowded and it was so relaxing. We enjoyed cocktails and walked the grounds a bit. We were entertained by howler monkeys and enjoyed very good burgers ordered from the bar. Such a great way to treat yourself in a stunningly beautiful environment.

Awesome time here!
Amazing hot thermals in Costa in that jungle.
The a la carte restaurant was great. Danny, our waiter was so pleasant and friendly and chef Oscar made great food.

The Springs pools were stunning and spacious. We had dinner as well which was just an okay buffet, wouldn’t recommend going for the food just the springs.

I loved that my boyfriend and I went here. After a bust day of hiking and activities, we came here and it was at great. It didn't feel crowded and we just felt so relaxed. I only did 4 out of 5 because we had the buffet and I wouldn't do that again. But besides the buffet, everyone was great..
