I couldn't have been more pleased with my visit to zip line here (far more intriguing to me than the pools). The crew led by Antonio (great English!) was energetic, supportive and extremely pleasant to spend time with in the trees. This trip exceeded my expectations as it was a small group of only 7 of us and 6 guides... More

The hotel room was only average, but they were able to get us a room over New Years without a reservation.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The pools and hot springs are lovely but don't give off a natural feeling. A really nice afternoon spent if not looking for traditional hot springs

Overcrowded, theme-park styled hot-springs aimed at the mass-market. It was however the local holiday season, hence the over crowding. This would be a great experience for people who have never been to hot springs. Didn't like having to pay for towels in-spite of steep entry costs. However, the price we paid included a very nice buffet dinner. All in all... More

We stayed for 3 nights and the stay was very good. location was great. only catch is internet wifi connection was not working in the rooms. it works well in lobby and dining areas. right the foot of Mount arenal, the views were fantastic. the rooms are on elevated slopes but shuttle was available all the time. i wish they... We did not stay at this resort, only visited for the Ziplining. This is a real "resort" looking place, kind of a Disney Land feel to it. The ziplining though.. totally awesome! They picked us up in downtown La Fortuna. It is about 3 miles out of town. They get you to the setup station fast and get everyone strapped... More

Stayed here with my family (kids 17, 20 & 22). Planned a lot of activities so didn't have much time to enjoy the hotel. Started off each day right with a fantastic breakfast which was matched by no other hotel during our trip. Was also nice to relax in the hot springs after a long day.

Los Lagos is located directly on the slope of the Arenal Volcano, so weather permitting, the views of the volcano are great. Los Lagos offers horseback riding on site which my nieces loved. Good food and service. Highly recommended

We went horseback riding on the property and highly recommend it. The staff was wonderful and views are breathtaking. We stayed for the hot springs and slides and it was a lot of fun. Very enjoyable and you should visit.

It was a nice resort and perfect to unwind after a long hike day. I was staying at Arenal Backpackers resort but took a tour package for Canopy and Hot Springs at Los Lagos. The hot springs were great and there were multiple pools and a wet bar which was most fun. I also used their Spa services and the... More
