It felt more like an all-inclusive resort. I'm sure they offer all-inclusive. We just paid for room and breakfast. Everything else was out of pocket. Hot springs were more heated pools (which were nice!), with swim up bars and water slides (very fun!). When I hear "hot springs" I'm thinking more "natural" surroundings, hot spring style. So don't go here... More

This location offers one of the more cost effective "hot springs". The pools are well maintained offering several levels of warm, hot and cold water. The slides were fun but this is more of a pool experience with warm hot springs water and a great swim to bar. The bar music was fun. Good for kids as well. Not so... More

What a wonderful little surprise. We purchased a package through another company. Included in the package was lunch and access to the hot springs and animal enclosures. It was a cold and rainy day. The buffet lunch was simple and satisfactory. It was the Hot Springs that stole the show. AMAZING!!! There are about ten (10) pools of varying sizes... More

First of all, it was a pkg. deal of three nights including breakfast buffet. The grounds were beautifully manicure. Water features all around with 3 heated pools from the hot springs, 3 freshwater fed spring pools. The fellas had the greatest time going on the water slides to pools of your choice. If waterslides not your thing, there's a jacuzzi... More

This was a great place to spend a rainy afternoon, since many of the pools are partially covered. The water slides are fun and the pool bar is great. Everything is clean with beautiful gardens. There are also butterfly and frog houses to enjoy. The bathroom and changing area was the best I've seen in Costa Rica. Don't miss the... More

The hotel grounds felt very safe and homey. Front desk workers were nice and helpful. Breakfast was a really nice buffet and the hot springs included with the reservation were amazing. There were frog, butterfly, crocodile, leaf cutter ants, and turtle "houses" on the grounds which were fun to visit. Rooms can be a long very hilly walk from the... More

We went there for a massage and to use their pools. The massage was nice I had relaxing with mud massage. I was covered in mud haha, was not expecting this but I enjoyed it very much. The hot springs water pools was the best. Warm , just the perfect temperature ! We had free access to the pools because... More

This is a beautiful resort with a wonderful restaurant. The grounds are gorgeous with the brilliant pink ornamental Brazilian Fire Flowers everywhere. During an early morning hike on the grounds we saw various hummingbirds, fly catchers, toucans, a hawk, a green iguana, and the national bird, the slate colored thrush.

There are numerous connecting hot spring pools, some more appropriate for adults, while others are great for kids. Some pools have water jets and swim up bars. The huge water slide will keep children entertained for quite a while.

There are 3 slides and multiple hot pools, along with regular pools. The area is pretty and the hot springs are pretty cool but it is a very touristy place, and I was looking more for a "organic" or "natural" type of hot springs. But it would be a great place for a family to visit. Plus they have a... More
