Even in the rain, this place is a must-go! Splurge for a guide - so worth it! How often can you hang in a jungle.. ??

A lovely walk on a well paved path amidst a lush forest with scenic views of Arenal volcano. Some of the bridges are indeed very high but very solid and stable. Very relaxing easy hike suited for all ages. Cool fauna & flora along the way.

A fabulous tour!' We hired a guide for $12 a person at the entrance. It is more cost effective to to take a bus tour. The reception area arranged. The guided tour. The wildlife especially the swinging monkeys Were amazing. Great scenery. Bridges were safe and scenic

This attraction is nice but very expensive the entrance, specially for what it offers. The best is the view of the volcán if happens to be clear.

Nice walking tour through the rain forest, good for all ages. It was raining when we went, but didn't get to wet because of all the foliage deflecting the rain. The hanging bridges are great, not scary. Guide was knowledgeable, not to many animals at the time we went. They're wild..they move around. I'd recommend taking this tour we in... More

This was our first activity in CR and it was incredible! We had a guide, a absolute must in order to truly see everything the rainforest has to offer, which made all the difference. We saw tarantulas, an eyelash snake and even a sloth! The lush scenery was gorgeous and the hanging bridges absolutely magnificent!! Our teenaged children loved it!!... More

I think I was most excited about going to the hanging bridges when in Arenal. I have to say that I was a little disappointed. The weather was not the best the day we went as it rained the whole day - I know its a rain forest what did I expect? When we went it was supposed to be... More

I went there as part of a small group with a guide and I am glad I did. This is a nice walk with lovely views from the hanging bridges but the wildlife is limited. Without our guide we would probably have seen one or two birds, if that. With him he gave us information about the vegetation and trees... More
