Due to wind and weather conditions the visibility was bad but although we saw several rays, sea stars and angelfish. Very good atmosphere among the crew. We dived the Pelicans and the Bon Sai. Go for Las Catalina instead

The staff at the Aquacenter dive shop is fantastic, although the diving in this area just isn't that good. Dirty churned up water this little visibility is all your going to get.

It is on the chilly side for a "tropical" area. I wore a 3 mm wetsuit, without a hood or gloves, and was comfortable for my 60-minutes in the water.

Yes. The dive masters can be found at the resort's activity desk. The actual "aquacenter" is only a few short blocks away.
